Jackie Oña Cascarano is an Executive Career & Professional Wellness Coach, entrepreneur, and attorney. She brings a wealth of experience from the start-up world, academia, and professional development sector.

With coaching experience spanning nearly 15 years, Jackie has guided individuals through pivotal career stages, drawing from her diverse roles as a litigator, career advisor at Notre Dame Law School and Director of Career Services at Vanderbilt Law School, executive recruiter, and college admissions counselor. She has been actively coaching and counseling professionals in the legal, entrepreneurial, and business sectors since 2010.

Jackie earned her law degree from the University of Michigan and holds a B.A. in History and Political Science, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a certificate in the Foundations of Positive Psychology.

Jackie is a Business Made Simple™ Certified Coach and utilizes this acumen specifically in her work guiding attorneys in the early business development stages of their careers. Jackie is also a Full Focus - Double Win™ Certified Coach, offering Life Focus™ workshops and private coaching experiences to guide clients to achieve professional and personal fulfillment and efficiency.

Jackie is Founder of Juno Women’s Collective, a network of small, in-person groups for women seeking intentionality in their next professional chapters. She is co-author of “Law School in A Box: All the Prestige for a Fraction of the Price,” published by Mental_Floss and Quirk Books (2007.)

A native New Yorker, Jackie resides in beautiful Nashville, Tennessee with her husband and their three daughters.
